Menstrual irregularities
She missed her period first time in Sept, took Meprate 5 day course, TSH, sugar normal, serum prolactin was 50, pregnancy was negative. Got periods in Oct a week after completing Meprate. Then after a week of period end she got vaginal bleeding like light periods for 8 days, first 2 days had backache and cramps, took Trantas MF 3 times, 3 days, bleeding stopped. She is also taking vitcofol Capsule for iron. Usg pelvis scan says dominant follicle in left ovary (28 ×19mm) rest all was normal. Is there a need to worry? Will it reduce on its own? Please help
