MENSTRUAL DISORDER
Hi,  my girl friend took 7 to 8 I-pill from January 2022 to April 2022. She has got a  job in police department and doing physical training from 25th of May 2022. Now she has abnormal menstrual bleeding at every 12-15th day for one and half months. During these bleedings sometimes blood clot comes out . We are worried about this. So please guide us

She should get her Sonography of lower abdomen done. It could be RPOC due to frequent use of emergency contraception. Consult with a Gynaecologist on Practo with the report. Further management can be planned.
