If still you are having doubt do pregnancy test by blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with me.

It can be due to various reasons like stress, thyroid, pcod.
Rule out pregnany with blood HCG test if negative take tablets for withdrawal bleeding
