Menstrual cycle delayed

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I'm experiencing Lower back pain since 10-15 days. Sore breasts since a week. This time I am 10 days overdue my menstrual cycle, was expecting on 14th. Usually a regular cycle of 30 days. I have tested negative for the Beta HCG as well. Report is attached, kindly throw some light as into it and help me out.

Wait for 4-5 days and repeat pregnancy test ( urine or blood) . If still negative take tablets for withdrawal bleeding
