Yes if she ll go on bleeding so frequently she ll hv anemia.
U need to find out the cause of this.
Do a urine pregnancy test and an ultrasound as baseline.
Other causes cn be thyroid disorders , fibroids, polyps , ovarian cysts ,pcos etc
