Menstrual bleeding for long time -15 day

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am 31 years old with two kids undergone tubectomy in 2014. ASD closure happened in 2012 and no medication for this now. for the last 3 menstrual cycles bleeding is continuing for 15 days. Only after using Tropic MF medicine it gets controlling. I am very much worried why this happening continuously.
