These symptoms are highly suggestive of perimenopause due to declining estrogen levels. Please get your serum FSH, LH, Estradiol, and a complete Thyroid profile (TSH) checked to confirm. You can start Calcium and Vitamin D3 supplements for the joint pain, but I recommend consulting a gynecologist in person with your reports to discuss specific medications or hormone therapy to help manage these daily symptoms.
