These symptoms are highly suggestive of perimenopause due to declining estrogen levels. Please get your serum FSH, LH, Estradiol, and a complete Thyroid profile (TSH) checked to confirm. You can start Calcium and Vitamin D3 supplements for the joint pain, but I recommend consulting a gynecologist in person with your reports to discuss specific medications or hormone therapy to help manage these daily symptoms.

This is perimenopausal.symptoms. It is difficult to treat these symptoms but can be managed. It will get better with time. Hormonal pills that are available to treat have concerning side effects. Individual profile should be evaluated and treatment decided
