I have a 3.5yrs baby who born with small sac of  meningomyelocoel at lower end of spinal cord. 2 months after his birth he was operated by neurosurgeon. Before and after ooeration he has urine and stool discharge continously. After operation Dr. told that- 1. He might be face a walking or urine/stool problem. 2. During operation he had not touch any nerves. 3. He may be recover from urine or stool problems agar nerve bana hoga. Now he walked well but his urine and stool discharge continously. Kindly suggest all possibilities of recover Means. 1. He will fine or not( problem resolve hoga ya nahi) agar nerve hoga to bhi or nahi hoga to bhi 2. If yes then what will be the solution if medicine then pls prescribe. Any other advice kindly share with me I send a pic of my baby back where the operation was done. Thanks
