Meftal P dosage for 17months 10kg toddle
What is the dosage of meftal P 250mg for 17months 10kg kid who have fever above 102?
Please suggest. If the fever is high at night is there any other drops apart from paracetamol 100mg 1.5ml dosage.

Usually meftal-p contains 100mg for 5ml...i dont think meftal syrup containing 250mg of mafenemic acid....you may be using meftagesic syrup..So kindly share a pic of the drug you are using so that we can advice..
For any fever paracetamol is fine..after giving paracetamol wait for 30mins to 1 hour...if fever does not subside you can give tepid sponging...
