I missed my period by 12 days ..my pragnancy test was -ve so my gynae prescribed me MPA 10mg tabs .. On the 2nd day i am spotting little bleeding with some blood cloth but this bleeding is not like my natural cycle ..is there any chance I can b a pragnent???

You are bleeding heavily because you haven't bled since the last 40 days..
However you can still do a beta hcg blood test..
Get done ultrasound pelvis , TSH , prolactin for initial evaluation of irregular periods
