Medicines Telsartan 40mg vs Telgard 40mg

Asked for Female, 38 Years

Have been taking telsartan 40mg everyday morning after food. It is from Dr Reddy. Can I replace it with Telgard 40mg Cipla? IS IT SAFE to replace, how's Cipla company compared to Dr Reddy? PLEASE REPLY ASAP so for a 65+, if I have been taking telsartan 40 for 3+ years then from tomorrow can I change to Telgard 40? Is it safe? Same dosage one in morning. I know Cipla is known brand but when I saw it's rates almost 40% less, I had this confusion...as I thought Cipla is old brand well known than Dr Reddy , but price is vice versa, so confused?
