Hello, I m10 weeks pregnant. Had my blood tests. Few highlighted values are as follows WBC is 11.10 Absolute Neutrophil count 8.32 Eosinophils 0 Absolute Eosinophil count 0 Absolute basophil count 0.11 Mch 26.0 Mchc 29.6 Red cell distribution width 16.2 Creatine serum 0.40 Blood urea nitrogen 5 Do i need to take medicines for this?? Is cefix 200mg & rabeprozole 40mg twice a day safe for pregnancy?

None of the medications are allowed during 1st trimester unless very necessary as they can be teratogenic. However they can be given if benefits outweigh the risks. Usually the reports donot need to be treated, it's the patient who needs to be treated. So it will be better to discuss the clinical symptoms if any like fever, urinary problem, pain abdomen or diarrhea or vomiting.
