I developed pain in left arm while weight lifting (when i tried lifting double weight than what i usually lift). Doctor suggested it will take time to heal, and medicine Nurokind Lc and UBISURE ( Tonic type medication for early revival). I read online UBISORE is used to treat cancer ?

I think u should not lift heavy weight,with your left arm,u use both hand for lifting weight,and use ur large muscles  instead of single msl.. use hot water

when you weight lifting may be over weight you have to lift so that the muscle spasm or outstreached and pain developed go to near physiotherapy centre and consult any good physiotherapist for Ultrasound therapy as well as TENS..
Next Steps
apply icing in pain sensation point gentaly 5min at a time 3times a day.

You have developed a muscle spasm or muscle overstretched, you need to visit a Physiotherapist  US and TENS will be good option for you.
Next Steps
You need to do rest, don't sleep on painful side, avoid any heavy lifting or carrying heavy object from painful hand.
