My wife is 8th week pregnant. Did her blood test on 16th sept, came to know that hemoglobin is 8.5, RBC count 4,PCV/HCT 28.8, MCV 72,MCH 21.3 in her blood report. Did her sonography on 2nd October, came to know that a hypoechoic collection of 1.6x 1.1cm is seen in sub chorionic region. Doc gave her medicine folcure 5mg, eramine, meltocal powder, marvella capsule to be taken daily. Also given now gestofit capsule to be used thru vaginal route. Please guide whether these are fine with her issue. Also guide for natural process of increasing hemoglobin.
