For gas  you will have to take an antacid These medicines are antispasmodic and may not help you with the pain because the reason for pain in pregnancy is growing foetus and the consequent stretch of the uterus

Buscopan can be used. Drotin is safe but not mefenamic acid. For gastric issue pantoprazole can be taken
