Hello sir. I understand your concern. Yes it may be due to medications that she is taking. But you cannot change by yourself or suddenly stop the medications for seizures as she may have another seizure because of that. I will need previous scans / scan reports as well as all the medications she is taking for proper diagnosis and treatment. Previous prescriptions will be helpful.
Next Steps
Please take online consultation with a neurologist
Health Tips
Please continue the medications as before for now. i will review all the medications and then adjust so that she won't be drowsy will be needed.

I need a detailed review of the medications that your mother undertook after the aneurysm operation and then when she was admitted for relapse of seizure. Only then I will be able to reach an informed conclusion regarding the medications.

How is she doing now? If looking by age these problems can be new. Need imaging and review by her neurosurgeon.
