Last night I took my blood pressure medication and then went out for a drink with a friend. I was sitting and eating and had only about half a drink of vodka/lemonade, I got up to go to the bathroom. In the bathroom suddenly I felt faint, lightheaded, dizzy, nauseated, my ears were ringing and my vision was blurred. I went outside and laid down and it was gone with in 5 minutes but the rest of the night my arms and legs felt weak, my head felt tingly. What could have this been? Today I woke up feeling a little weak but fine. Could this have been my medication acting up with alcohol even though I hadn't consumed much? I am 22 years old, I have high blood pressure, slightly overweight, could this have been a minor stroke?
