I went to gynec of my city.
She prescribed many medicines.
Already taking folic acid . But she mention other folic acid medicines.
But she didnt prescribed medicine for good appetite.
I m attaching prescription.

For each complain there is no medications.. As you are having early pregnancy, loss of appetite is normal.. Try to eat every two hrly, and increase hydration.. See for healthy option.. No need of syrups and more medicines in first 3months
