Medicine or Doctor
I came to know about my thyroid problem in 2013 then under a guidance of my doctor I managed to reduce or rather control it but then I stopped taking medicine as because I think,  I use to feel sleepy post taking the medicine (125mg) and this year beginning the TSH levels hits all time high of 15, Please suggest a way out.

The thyroid medicine will not cause sleepiness. There must have been another coincidental reason for it. Eg iron deficiency.  Thyroid hormone replacement by tablets is the only way to treat hypothyroidism. Do not stop the medicines on your own.
