Medicine for headache during pregnancy
I am 12 weeks pregnant and I have a severe migraine issue so my doctor suggested Grenil SOS tablet if the pain is unbearable. So please suggest if it is safe or not and my NT scan is yet to be done

Migrane in pregnancy- First-line safer options usually include: Paracetamol (acetaminophen) – considered safe throughout pregnancy. Hydration, rest, cold compresses, avoiding triggers. Keep yourself hydrated Drink a lot of water. Grenil mainly has paracetamol (safe) + domperidone (used cautiously, but generally okay if needed). Since it’s SOS (occasional use only) and not for daily intake, risk is low. Just don’t overuse it, and always take only when migraine is severe. ✅ Safe for occasional use in pregnancy
Next Steps
kindly consult and get A NT scan and double marker test done
Health Tips
