Medicine for comman cold/runy nose
I am giving solvincold af to my 19 month old baby for comman cold and runny nose along with calpol ,is it ok?

If mild,give just steam inhalations 3-4 times a day,and paracetamol for fever,repeat 4 hourly if needed. If severe,give the med for 3 days,not more
