Medicine durng breastfeed

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My sister has delivered (C-section done) a baby one month ago. She is only taking iron supplement (Orofer) after delivery till date. Now she is having heavy bleeding and doctor has advised her to take medicine Pause 500. As she is breastfeeding her baby, please confirm if the medicine is safe for breastfeeding.
