I have been taking meftal spas during periods as i suffer from extreme pain during periods .so i want to ask if this meftal spas is safe during periods

Yes ,Meftal spas is safe during periods Are you passing clots ? That may be the cause for pain . You can take medicines to reduce Bleeding.(passing clots is not normal )
