Ciplar is secreted in small amounts in breast milk. Instead of naxdom May be u can take paracetamol 650 mg or ibuprofen. If possible try to avoid ciplar. Naxdom is secreted in breast milk in moderate amounts and is not good for baby.

It is not advisable to be breast feeding while taking Ciplar (Beta blockers) or Naxdom as they both pass through the breast milk. Either you change the medications after consulting with your doctor, or give formula feeds. Formula feeds need to be prepared in a certain way and in a sterile manner, so it doesn't adversely affect the baby.
