Medication for PCOD
Hello..I'm a 25 years old woman,wid height 5 feet n weight 60 kg. I'm having irregular periods. 7 months back, I had a ultrasound test of abdomen and pelvis was saying that BOTH OVARIES ARE BULKY WID MULTIPLE SMALL PERIPHERALLY ARRANGED FOLLICLES AND ECHOGENIC STROMA.and the impression was POLYCYSTIC MORPHOLOGY OF OVERIES.Recently I had a test of TSH is 2.5uIU/ml,testosterone free is 0.3ng/dl,FSH is 5.01mIU/ml,LH is 4.35mIU/ml and prolactin is 26.12ng/ml.I met the gynacolagist with these reports.she said reports r normal.Do I have PCOD? Should I be under medication?I'm working out to reduce my weight.is that enough?!
