Medical pregnancy termination

Hi doctor 2 days ago we found my gf is pregnant yesterday we went to a Gynoc in gurgaon she did sonography and pregnancy is 5 week 5 day old, we want to terminate so she gave a pill in her clinic and asked to come after 2 days for further pill course but today she is experiencing heavy bleeding with clots from first pill only 2 pills have not taken yet, so it it normal as on internet i found that bleeding starts after meprostrol only but that has not been taken yet.

It is normal, sometimes bleeding starts even after the mifepristone, but should take full MTP kit for complete evacuation of products of conception...nothing to worry.
