Based on the values you have shared, most of the abnormalities appear to be mild and are commonly influenced by lifestyle, dietary habits, body weight, physical activity, sleep quality, and metabolic health. Your low Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels are already being addressed. The lipid profile shows relatively low HDL ("good cholesterol") and mildly elevated LDL ("bad cholesterol"), which can increase cardiovascular risk over time if not corrected. The mildly elevated liver enzymes may sometimes be associated with dietary factors, excess body weight, fatty liver tendencies, or metabolic stress. A platelet count of 117,000/µL is mildly reduced and should be interpreted in conjunction with your overall health, symptoms, and previous reports if available. Rather than focusing on individual numbers alone, it is important to improve overall metabolic health through sustainable lifestyle modifications. Many of these parameters can show improvement when the underlying contributing factors are addressed consistently.
Next Steps
Focus on adopting a structured lifestyle that includes regular physical activity, weight management if required, balanced nutrition, adequate hydration, and good sleep hygiene. Reduce the intake of processed foods, sugary beverages, deep-fried items, and excessive fast food consumption. Incorporate regular exercise into your daily routine, as it can help improve cholesterol balance, support liver health, and enhance overall well-being. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption and smoking if applicable. Since several of your abnormal values are related to metabolism and nutrition, long-term lifestyle correction is often more beneficial than seeking quick fixes. Health Tips
Aim for at least 30–45 minutes of moderate physical activity on most days of the week. Include plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and natural food sources in your diet while minimizing highly processed foods. Maintain a consistent sleep schedule and manage stress through yoga, meditation, or relaxation practices. Exposure to early morning sunlight and an active lifestyle can further support overall health. Remember that meaningful improvement in cholesterol balance, nutritional status, and metabolic markers usually occurs gradually through consistent healthy habits maintained over several months. Thank you

The exact advice depends on which parameters are abnormal and by how much. Since you have already started Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D supplementation, the remaining abnormalities need to be interpreted in the context of the complete report, age, weight and symptoms. Many mildly abnormal values can improve with diet and lifestyle, while some may need further evaluation. Please share the report details/images so I can review them properly and guide you with the right plan.

Your reports show a few important imbalances in your body. 1-The bad cholesterol (LDL) is high and the good cholesterol (HDL) is quite low. This can increase the risk of heart problems in the future. 2-Your liver enzymes are mildly elevated which suggests some stress on the liver. This is often seen in fatty liver or improper diet and lifestyle. 3-Your platelet count is slightly low, but not dangerously low. So it’s not a big issue. It’s all about a improper diet, metabolism imbalance and possible fat accumulation in the liver. It can be reversed with proper treatment and lifestyle changes.
