My dear friend, Without any eye examination, there are limitations on any suggestions.. It all depends on ...are you still on any eye drops And how many times are you doing warm compression. But as long as you are feeling comfortable ...it will be better if you can gradually reduce the number of times you are doing warm compression...and over a period of time may be a week if you are still doing fine ...then you can reduce it further and then stop warm compression all togather. There is good possibility of MGD recurring in future..so keep in touch with your eye doctor and have a good follow up. Hope answered the question.
Next Steps
reduce the warm compress gradually and then stop .
