After 18 by meansuration cycle is totally different now I am facing irregular periods,tender breasts,backpain,bodypain, abdominal pain and pelvic pain ..1to3days no sleep day and night is this normal or not why this happening?

You should get a routine blood test done, along with Vit D and Vit B12 def profile.
And get a sonography of abdomen and pelvis to rule out PCOD.
