May be a urinary infection
I've been having problem in urinating...I am having sensation in and after evry half n hour i have to go to washroom and then also am not urinating properly and due to this am feeling my abdomen with full of water and therefore a little abdominal pain too...what does it mean..?? Am i suffering from urinary infection or is it something else ???

Ur symptoms seem like urinary infection. You should get a urine routine microscopy and consult a doctor . you can take syp cital or cranberry juice lots of fluids till then ...
