Mature placenta at 37 wk
I am 37 week pregnant. My lmp was 14 april 2016. Today gone through sonography that told me that placenta is grade3 and it is mature. And doc told dat delivery will not be till 7 days den is it problem or risky of mature placenta

Hi. Now a days mature placenta term is not there. So dont worry.is there any other high risk ? If other markers r normal like, blood pressure, sugars, liver functions etc .you can do squating , walk, butterfly exercises etc. You may come in labor automatically.
At the most important, there r other markers also along with placental maturity. So listen to gynaecologist. She is the best guide for you.
