I delivered my baby 17 days ago.normaal delivery.i havent used maternity belt and i dindt tied my belly till now.

Ideally it can be worn immediately after discharge , you can still wear belt or a cotton saree as a belly wrap , do not tie very tight, can be worn till 30-60 days
