Unmarried man needs to satisfy his sexual needs by masturbation which is the safest method instead of going to sex workers or exposing to unsafe sex.
As far as the frequency is dependent on individual needs of sexual appetite.
If a married man of your age does XX number of sexual acts with wife; same number of masturbations can be done safely by unmarried man.
