I had  masturbation and porn addiction but Everytime I masturbate , i become very inclusive and DO NOT LIKE TO TALK TO ANYBODY. I remain silent for two whole days. I have tried to Abstain myself but either I have Blue Balls ( then I have to masturbate) or Nocturnal Emmission , in both cases I Again Back to become Silent. I don't even Feel happiness in my Life.
