Masturbation
I don't want to masturbate again upto marriage. Because I realized that I was killing a lot time behind satisfying my urges instead of conentrating the works those are necessary for me. I want to focus on my career now. So now I took up a 'vow of celibacy' or 'no fap' until marriage. Whenever I get erection I remember my goals and I think it is a pleasure for moment. Everyday I wake up in the morning and remind myself that 'I don't have to masturbate today'. Plus I watch some motivational videos too. This is my 12th day of celibacy. Yes two times I got night fall during these days. But I am continuing. And I will not masturbate again. If you have some tips then please guide me doctor.i will be grateful.and yeah I started taking one and half  tea spoon aswagandha powder with Luke warm milk before bed time.
