Just after a prolonged masturbation session i feel that i have a bowel movement and in the toilet i get constipated. Normally i have a good bowel movement every morning. But this constipation happens just after masturbation. Does mastyrbation increases the muscle tightness. Does this increased anal sphincter tone the cause of my constipation?
