After masturbation I feel lethargic(that's natural) but also I get an empty void at my back and within 24 hours my back pains.I am just 21 and I don't have any back problem yet but particularly after masturbation I get a pain.Also after masturbation for sometime I feel blurred in eyesight.What are the causes of such issues??

Hello... Back pain is due to exaggerated lumbar lardosis during masturbation... You stretch your body during masturbation.... Don't masturbate for a long period of time... Overmasturbation causes fatigue, insomnia, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction,testicular pain etc... Avoid masturbation . Try to divert mind , hang out with friends, develop good habits , play gamed, read books,
