Masses on power back

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hello I am a 26 year old female mother of two little ones. I recently noticed two knots on my lower back/hip area. Made an appointment had bloodwork, urinalysis, and ultrasounds. Bloodwork showed norm, urinalysis showed white cells, and ultrasound showed two masses between 4-7cm on both sides with bloodflow. I have pain in my side and power back area that comes and goes. Please help, what does all this mean? I go back for x-rays and MRI, with repeat urine test. Im going crazy with worry.
