Management of delay in fertility is based on the cause and duration of the delay. If you are having regular periods more than likely you are ovulating. Doing follicular scan without ovulation induction is not warranted as this does not change management. Have intercourse atleast twice in a week when you are not bleeding. If periods are not regular then will need ovulation induction. Blood tests and a semen analysis check for your husband.
