I got married in 2015 my husband already loved one girl he is not affectionate wid me still he is contact with her in phone facing lot of problems in marriage life he is not interested in sexual life also please suggest me

this is your personal problem which can not solved with medicines. You should have to talk freely with your husband and if you know the girl whom he is connected; you can meet her too for the problem solution.
2. this thing shows that your husband is not interested in you, so that he is not also interested in sexual life too. this is a clear reason as he avoiding you.
this is not good marriage life terms, you should have to talk once with him and then that girl too.
