Mark on bottom of hip

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Dear Sir/ Madam, We blessed with baby girl on Oct -12th after she born we Observed mark ( Red rashes ) under the hip or bottom place of thigh The same mark still she had as first we thought it is rashed but the mark is still there Please find the attached pic Please advice is this any Unhealthy mark Or any mole ? Kindly give your valuable feedback Thank you,
