My baby is 13months old and going to potty 4times a day. My baby is having oats in the morning and uggu homemade in the afternoon and apple puree in the evening and in the night he is having uggu And also My baby is under breastfeeding

Passing formed stools 4 times a day, especially after feeds is normal. Not to worry if he’s gaining weight adequately. Include variety of cereals , pulses and vegetables in his diet as much as possible

If stool consistency is normal without any mucous or blood & if no fever, then not to worry.  Just continue diet

If there is no fever you don't have to worry.The diet has to be changed. A baby of 13 months should be given more soft solid food .

Going for potty 4 times a day is not a issue..however u have to diversify the childs diet and give her a variety of homemade diet including all fruits and vegetables and not on a very soft solid diet always
