Treatment options are orthodontic correction and crowns.it depends on the cause for spacing and extent of spaces.
If it is due to gum disease treatment differ.
The cause of teeth mobility is periodontitis so the first step will be cleaning of your teeth by procedure called as scaling so that the best possible gum health can be restored back. Extraction will always be kept as the last option (especially for your age) but a multi step approach will be required to alleviate your symptoms completely.
Regards.
The cause for your gum recession needs to be diagnosed first. Periodontal disease is the commonest cause. In a young patient like you, trauma due to incorrect bite may be a contributing factor. Treatment depends on the cause. X-rays are required for diagnosis

Health Tips
Periodontal treatment for gum problems if that is the case. For incorrect bite, bite correction by orthodontic treatment ( braces) could be recommended
