I am known diabetic since last 10 years... I have fasting blood sugar in the range of 210-240 and Hba1c =10... And is currently on metformin 1 gm BD and glimipride 2 mg OD... Kindly suggest me proper treatment

You have to check up your blood HB a1c kidney status and thyroid status apart from liver function test make diet stick to the present condition and also do exercise medicines can be prescribed after seeing that the status
