Hi. By usg report looks like complicated cyst as it has internal echoes. The chance of metastasis in those cysts is less than 2%. And can be watched with time for symptoms.
Next Steps
FOLLOW UP IMAGING AND USG GUIDED ASPIRATION if no pain
If pain is there then go for needle aspiration.
