Looks like a benign lesion like fibroadenoma from mammogram but we need clinical examination for better correlation,if suspicious then needs needle biopsy
Next Steps
Please report to nearest physician for examination and if required biopsy correlation
Health Tips
If there is strong family history of breast or ovarian cancer then biopsy is warranted
Any conclusion can never be arrived at the on basis of a single radiological investigation. Clinical evaluation and history are a must. Having said that, from the report it appears to me to be a benign problem. Can be controlled with medication. So do not worry. Amri, Dhakuria is open on all days. You can easily get an ambulance and get your mother assessed by me.
Next Steps
With regards. Do stay safe and take care of your family.. Dr Sanjay Sen
The mammogram has been reported as Fibroadenosis. This is a common benign finding. It just means the breast ducts are swollen. The pain could be due to this condition.
The report does NOT indicate any cancer.
Next Steps
Warm compresses. Supportive bra.
Health Tips
Repeat Mammogram after atleast 6 months.
Do monthly breast self examination.
