Male Private Part Issue - From Last One Month, The Base Of My

From last one month, the base of my penis head is swollen and looks little purple. There is continues burning n mild pain in penis head. If I touch that area, it pains. (Pictures attached) No sexual contact from One and Half year. Urine test was normal. What is the reason? Anything serious?
