Male Penis foreskin issue!
I m 26 , i never had sex, Is it normal that foreskin is still attached to penis head? If not what might be the reasons? I discussed it with a friend his foreskin is broken even he never had sex how is it possible? Although it slides properly, but that one point is still attached towards head downward, if i try to slide it downward more when penis gets hard, then it pains. Please see picture attached to understand better. Thank-you
