Male infertility
My right and left testes measure 32x17x21mm and 30x16x21mm respectively and have homogenous echotexture with no lesions and calcification. Epididymis are normal in size and no vericocel is found. Flow is good as per Doppler with no free fluid see. However my sperm count is low about 9mil per ml (semen volume 2ml) and motility is 50% and 60% sperm have normal morphology. Age is 39 years and testosterone level is 440. Obese 95kg and stand 5 ft 6inch tall. My question is will I be able to improve sperm parameters to optimal range with small testes size if I follow lifestyle changes and AYUSH medication/treatment?

It is possible with HAIP DIET.  You have to consume HAIP Aphrodisiac Rasayana Cheela twice in a day. Also seeking proper consultation for weight loss will help.

Based on the information you have shared, your ultrasound findings appear reassuring, as both testes show normal structure, good blood flow, and no significant abnormalities such as varicocele, lesions, or calcifications. While your sperm concentration is lower than the optimal range, factors such as motility and morphology appear relatively encouraging. It is important to understand that fertility potential is influenced by multiple factors and not solely by testicular size. In many cases, sperm parameters can fluctuate over time and may be affected by lifestyle factors, body weight, stress levels, sleep quality, dietary habits, and overall metabolic health. From an Ayurvedic perspective, reproductive health is closely related to the nourishment and quality of Shukra Dhatu. Excess body weight, sedentary habits, irregular sleep, chronic stress, and impaired digestion can affect the proper formation and quality of reproductive tissues. Therefore, addressing these factors often forms an important part of improving overall reproductive health.
Next Steps
Your current focus should be on gradual and sustainable lifestyle improvement. Weight reduction, regular physical activity, adequate sleep, stress management, avoidance of tobacco and excessive alcohol, and maintaining a balanced diet can positively influence reproductive health. Since obesity can impact hormonal balance and sperm production, even a moderate reduction in body weight may contribute to improvement in semen parameters over time. Ayurvedic treatment approaches, when individualized after proper assessment, may help support overall reproductive health and optimize bodily functions. However, the response varies from person to person and depends on the underlying causes and overall health status. Health Tips
Focus on maintaining a healthy body weight through regular exercise and mindful eating habits. Ensure 7–8 hours of quality sleep, stay physically active, and avoid prolonged sitting whenever possible. Manage stress through relaxation techniques, yoga, meditation, or breathing exercises. Avoid excessive heat exposure to the groin area, such as prolonged hot baths or keeping laptops directly on the lap for extended periods. Consistency with healthy lifestyle practices is often more beneficial in the long term than seeking quick solutions, and improvements in reproductive health generally require patience and sustained efforts over several months. Thank you

Your age and obesity are important factors affecting sperm health.  Ayurveda offers a comprehensive approach aimed at improving sperm quality, semen parameters, and overall reproductive wellness. Because fertility potential can decline with time, especially after the late 30s, it is advisable to begin appropriate treatment and lifestyle modification at the earliest for the best possible outcome.
Next Steps
Since fertility is time-sensitive, especially as age advances, early intervention offers a better opportunity to optimize sperm quality and reproductive health. I would recommend starting a structured treatment plan as soon as possible rather than waiting for the condition to progress.
Health Tips
Focusing on improving overall health, metabolism, reproductive tissue nourishment, lifestyle, diet, sleep, and stress management. Many men experience improvements in reproductive health parameters when these factors are addressed systematically.

“Your ultrasound findings are reassuring, and testicular size alone does not determine fertility potential. With a sperm count of 9 million/mL, obesity (95 kg at 5'6") is a significant factor that can affect sperm production and hormonal balance. Weight reduction, regular exercise, adequate sleep, stress control and correction of nutritional deficiencies can often improve semen parameters. Ayurveda may be used as supportive therapy, but treatment should be individualized after proper evaluation. Please consult me with your complete reports so I can guide you with a personalized fertility-support plan.”
