Ur count is quite good but ur progressive motility is very low to make ur wife pregnant u need minimum 60% progressive motile sperm we can go with proper ayurvedic medicine prepared by me to increase ur progressive motile sperm also what about ur wife her bmi? Her follicular status? Her hsg report? Hamronal report?
